Pre-Registration Form Notice

***Please Read****

If you are new and have not participated in our virtual programming previously, you will need to complete a Pre-Registration Form. When completing our pre-registration forms please choose the following day or any date that is there after. Do not select the current date or you will receive an error that the "appointment" is too close in time. Visit our step by step tutorial.

How to Register

Click on the program and select the dates you would like to register for and click "Continue".
- If you are registering for multiple dates, click "Add a Time" and click on additional dates.
Enter in the Participant Name and the preferred email address (this is where the confirmation will go to).
Follow the prompts to complete our waiver and code of conduct acknowledgement.
Click "Complete Appointment" to submit your registration.
- Your confirmation page will list out any additional supplies or items that are needed for that program.
- Choose to add the program directly to your iCal, Outlook or Google Cal.
- An automated email confirmation containing a unique link for each program will be sent to you.
